UN: Prospect of return to conflict in Bosnia very real
The top UN official in Bosnia and Herzegovina says the peace deal that ended the war 26 years ago is under threat. A Bosnian Serb leader Milorad Dodik has announced plans to establish a separate army within the country. That violates the 1995 Dayton peace agreement, which ended the three-and-a-half-year conflict.
