UN event in Qatar discusses power of sport in preventing extremism
The United Nations Office of Counter-Terrorism (UNOCT) has convened a meeting with Qatar on the achievements of sporting activities in preventing violent extremism, while highlighting efforts to secure major sporting events from terrorism threats.
