Ukraine tension: Putin says talks with Macron were ‘useful and substantive’
The Russian President Vladimir Putin met his French counterpart Emmanuel Macron over Russia-Ukraine tensions. Putin described the meeting as "useful and substantive". Macron will be heading to Kyiv from Moscow where he will hold talks with Ukrainian officials. But as the international diplomacy continues, the Russian military prepares for war games with neighbouring Belarus.
