Ukraine Slams Russia At UNSC: ‘Attacked by Kremlin virus’
Ukraine’s representative Sergiy Kyslytsa on Tuesday condemned Putin’s “illegal and illegitmate” decision to recognise the rebel-held areas in Ukraine’s east as independent entities.
