Ukraine: Fears grow over Russian offensive in east

There are concerns of another possible escalation in violence in Ukraine.
The United States believes Russia has started reinforcing and resupplying its troops in Donbas, in the east.
Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy has warned of a ramped-up offensive in the region.
Civilians have been rushing to flee what many fear could be a brutal new phase in the war.
