Turkey denies claims it attacked civilians in Iraq’s Duhok
Iraq has declared a day of mourning for the eight people killed in a rocket strike in the semi-autonomous Kurdish region on Wednesday. It is blaming Turkey for the attack, a claim Ankara denies.
