This adventurer and filmmaker ditched a flat in London to live off-grid on a canal boat

For our third instalment of #LowImpactLiving by Euronews Green, we meet James Levelle: an adventurer, filmmaker and off-grid river nomad. James hit the headlines back in 2019 when he travelled from London to Chile without using any fossil fuels, only to discover while halfway across the Atlantic that the UN climate summit (COP25) had been relocated to Madrid. We caught up with James to find out more about how he lives, the inspiration behind his nomadic lifestyle, and what it's been like witnessing the frontlines of the climate crisis over the years as a filmmaker.
