Sudan floods: Gezira residents forced to leave their homes
Torrential floods continue to devastate villages in many parts of Sudan, with about 36 in the eastern Kassala region cut off by rising water. At least 100 people have been killed, with more than 30,000 affected. And in the central state of Gezira, flood water has forced many from their homes.
