Rwanda struggles with about 130,000 refugees, migrants



There are many challenges asylum seekers are facing in Rwanda, which is already hosting about 130,000 migrants and refugees from neighbouring countries. Many are struggling to find a job. Rwanda's unemployment is 16.5 percent – five times higher than in the UK. The small country is home to 13 million people, making it the second-most densely populated in Africa. Competition for land and resources has contributed to decades of ethnic and political tensions.
