Palestinians struggle to rebuild after devastating Israeli attacks
The process of Palestinians trying to rebuild their lives has begun once again. Israel's three-day attack on Gaza killed 47 people, 16 of them children. There is now more destruction when the occupied territory still has not recovered from last year's war. Billions were pledged in the past to rebuild the coastal enclave, but less than half the money was actually donated. After the latest air raids, with crises around the globe and donor fatigue setting in, Palestinians wonder when the world will see that it is more prudent to invest in peace.
