Palestine’s tax revenues: Israel uses its control of finances as punishment
Norway says the Palestinian Authority has received 114 million dollars in withheld taxes by Israel via Oslo – with more of the funds on the way. Israel collects taxes on behalf of Palestinians, but regularly uses its control of the tax revenues as a means to punish the PA.
