The humanitarian situation is completely devastating. People tried to go to Rafah, but Rafah was also packed, so a lot of people came to the middle area. The streets are completely crowded and people are trying to find food and water, even if it is not clean or drinkable water. People are still, to this point, trying to rescue those who were targeted last night from under the rubble.
