Natural disaster declared over eastern Australia floods



A natural disaster has been declared across parts of flood-ravaged eastern Australia. It is the fourth flood emergency in the area in just 16 months. About 50,000 people have been told to leave their homes. Meteorologists say the wild weather will likely ease soon – but the flood threat is far from over.
