More than ‘600 sabotage groups’ found in Kyiv in early stages of Russian invasion



A state of martial law has been in force in Ukraine since February 24, the day the war began. Minister of Internal Affairs, Denys Monastyrsky, is a member of the National Security and Defence Council, the highest decision-making authority in the military government.
