Mississippi capital still without drinking water
Members of the National Guard have been deployed to help distribute water in the city of Jackson in the US state of Mississippi. More than 180,000 people are without drinking water after a treatment plant failed. Residents blame a lack of funding in the city, where the majority of the population is Black.
