Mapuche land dispute: Violence rises in Chile



Violence is increasing in south-central Chile, where the Indigenous Mapuche have been taking back land they say was taken from them 150years ago. The area has been placed under a state of emergency as tensions escalate and unknown actors take advantage of the confusion to stage violent attacks.
