Libya protesters storm parliament building in Tobruk



Libya's rival leaders are under growing pressure, a day after major protests. Demonstrators stormed a parliament building in the eastern city of Tobruk, and staged the biggest rally seen in the capital, Tripoli, for years. There is anger about rising food prices, high unemployment, power outages, corruption, and years of political deadlock. A senior United Nations official for Libya has condemned the storming of Tobruk parliament’s headquarters.
