Kyrgyzstan uses folk art to fight corruption



In 30 years since gaining independence, Kyrgyzstan has seen numerous protests over corruption, vote-rigging and organised crime. Because of that, public trust in the government has eroded. But some of the Central Asian nation’s young want to bring about change through one non-profit organisation using traditional music and art to try to highlight these social concerns.
