ICJ reaffirms Israeli occupation as illegal, calls for global compliance : Barghouti
Mustafa Barghouti, the Secretary General of the Palestinian National Initiative and former Information Minister, joins Al Jazeera’s live from Ramallah and highlights that the International Court of Justice, the world's highest legal authority, has unequivocally condemned Israel's denial of the occupation. The court reaffirmed that the occupation is illegal and that the Geneva Convention applies to the occupied territories. It declared that the ongoing Israeli occupation and all settlements are unlawful and must be dismantled.
