ICC probes alleged Russian use of cluster munitions in Ukraine
The International Criminal Court in the Hague is launching an investigation into whether Russia has committed war crimes in Ukraine. The chief prosecutor announced earlier in the week that he's satisfied there is reason to believe war crimes and crimes against humanity have been committed.
