Harris: Israel’s war on Gaza ‘is not a binary issue’
Vice President Kamala Harris addressed the media following her meeting with Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu. She acknowledged the ongoing suffering in Gaza and reassured those in the US advocating for a ceasefire, stating, “I see you, I hear you.” At the same time, Harris reaffirmed her support for Israel's right to defend itself. Describing her discussion with Netanyahu as “frank and constructive,” she emphasized her “unwavering commitment” to ensuring the security of the US ally.
