Catholics and voodoo worshippers have gathered at cemeteries across Haiti to pay tribute to the dead. All Saints Day is a Catholic holiday, but it has been heavily influenced by African voodoo traditions. This year's celebrations have taken on special meaning as Haiti struggles with a sharp increase in gang violence, political turmoil and the lasting effects of August's deadly earthquake.
