Germany floods: Many yet to return home five months after disaster

Five months after floods devastated towns and villages in western Germany many people have still not been able to return to their homes, despite promises of an extensive reconstruction package. The government’s come under criticism for its response, and volunteers have been stepping in to help. The flooding was the worst natural disaster to hit the country in nearly 60 years.
