France election: Le Pen narrows gap on Macron in tightening race

Far-right candidate Marine Le Pen holds her final rally of the French presidential election campaign on Thursday. Polls suggest the race is tightening, with Le Pen an increasing threat to President Emmanuel Macron’s chances of re-election.
