France, Australia in dispute after scuttled submarine deal



France and Australia are continuing to trade barbs after a scrapped multibillion dollar submarine deal the two had agreed on. The French ambassador to Australia has accused Canberra of "intentional deceit" when it cancelled their agreement with Paris for conventional submarines in September. Prime Minister Scott Morrison has denied lying about his intentions.
