Sudan's reinstated Prime Minister Abdalla Hamdok has been trying to appoint a new cabinet for more than a month, without success. Inflation is soaring and unemployment rising alarmingly, leaving many in a state of desperation. And people there say they are paying the price of political and economic chaos and the lack of government.
