DR Congo jets bomb M23 rebel targets in east, official says
Rwanda is accusing the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC) of provocation after a Congolese fighter jet entered Rwandan airspace. However, the DRC says it was a mistake. According to witnesses, air raids were carried out after M23 rebels seized territory in the eastern DRC, displacing at least 90,000 people in the past month. Rwanda has been accused of backing the M23 fighters, an assertion that Kigali has denied.
