Displaced Syrians face threat of freezing to death in tents
Syrian refugees in the northwest of the country are trapped in their snow-bound tents. They are appealing for urgent help. Aid trucks are struggling to reach nearly a quarter of a million internally displaced people because of the weather. Heavy snow has blocked roads to hamper relief efforts.
