Deadly explosion hits Shia mosque in Afghanistan’s Kandahar
The Islamic State in Khorasan Province, ISKP (ISIS-K), an armed group in Afghanistan linked to ISIL (ISIS), says it is behind a bomb attack on the largest Shia mosque in the southern city of Kandahar. At least 47 people are said to have been killed and dozens more have been wounded.
