Colombia extradites drug lord ‘Otoniel’ to the United States
One of Colombia’s most notorious drugs cartel bosses has been extradited to the United States. As well as being one of the biggest cocaine traffickers in the Americas, Otoniel – as he’s known – is also wanted for murder, extortion and kidnapping.
