As the COP26 talks continue in Glasgow, poorer countries such as the Philippines say it is essential that wealthier nations stump up the money promised to help them cope with the effects of climate change and move towards carbon neutrality. The Philippines's fishing communities are already seeing rising ocean temperatures and sea levels which have had a dramatic impact on their livelihood and homes.
