Almost 80 percent of Lebanon’s population living in poverty

Nearly 80 percent of Lebanon's population is estimated to be living below the poverty line. The United Nations says this has led families to make decisions out of desperation. It is calling on the country to take urgent action to protect children after it documented a spike in child labour.
