Cleveland Cavaliers guard Collin Sexton is expected to miss the remainder of the 2021-22 season after undergoing surgery to repair a left meniscus tear, the team announced. Appearing in the first 11 games of the season, the 22-year-old was averaging 16.0 points, 3.3 rebounds and 2.1 assists in 28.7 minutes of action.
