France braces for new wave of protests after pensions deadlock



In France, trade unions will lead another day of protests against the government's pension reforms. Union bosses walked out of negotiations with Prime Minister Elisabeth Borne on Wednesday. They say the plan to raise the retirement age by two years to 64 – is unfair.
