Sudan military takeover: Army chief appoints new governing council
Sudan's military has appointed a new governing council more than two weeks after seizing power. Army chief General Abdel Fattah al-Burhan would remain the head of the council. The 14-member body excludes members of the main civilian coalition. It has drawn condemnation from the United Nations. Al Jazeera’s Mike Hanna reports.
