West Africa has become a transit hub for drug trafficking, says UN



The United Nations says West Africa has become the main transit hub for drug trafficking. The amount of cocaine seized in the region grew tenfold between 2015 and 2019. Liberia is one of the countries hit by the epidemic as drugs make their way from Latin America to the European markets.
