UN finds evidence of abuses from sides in Tigray conflict

The United Nations has found evidence that all sides in Ethiopia's Tigray conflict have violated international human rights, and some may amount to war crimes and crimes against humanity. The UN's human rights chief said the yearlong conflict was marked by "extreme brutality".
