Death toll at 45 as Tropical Storm Nalgae drenches Philippines
In the southern Philippines, officials say at least 45 people have died as Tropical Storm Nalgae batters the region. Maguindanao province has been hardest hit by rain-induced floods and mudslides. The storm made landfall on the island of Catanduanes on Saturday.
