Amnesty condemns Bangladesh government’s crackdown on dissent

Human rights group Amnesty International has criticised the Bangladeshi government for what it calls a crackdown on freedom of expression. The group says a special cyber law called the Digital Security Act has been used to go after dissenting voices including journalists and artists. It was introduced three years ago and authorities have arrested at least 430 people under the act, according to Amnesty.
