Notting Hill Carnival returns to London streets after pandemic
Europe's biggest street party is underway in London for the first time in three years. More than a million people are expected to join the crowds at the Notting Hill Carnival. It is usually held every August but took place online for the past two years because of the coronavirus pandemic.
