Germany’s Green Party accuses Russia of blackmail over gas pipeline
Moscow has pointed to its controversial pipeline, the Nord Stream 2, as a solution to current energy woes in Europe. But Germany's Green Party has said that Russia is resorting to 'blackmail' with the gas supply. The party's co-leader added that approval of the pipeline would be contrary to European rules.
