Zelenskyy: Russian citizens’ ‘silence’ is ‘complicity’
Russian citizens who don’t speak out against their country’s invasion of Ukraine are effectively supporting the "evil" of the war, says President Volodymyr Zelenskyy.
The comments came as European countries consider restricting visas for ordinary Russian citizens.
