US Speaker Pelosi leaves troubled waters in Asia
US Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi, meeting the speaker of South Korea's National Assembly on Thursday, appeared unruffled by the controversy caused by her stop in Taiwan. But Chinese military exercises in the wake of her visit have raised tension in the Taiwan Strait to unprecedented levels.
