Grain export crisis: Millions could starve without resolution
A deadlock on grain exports from Ukrainian ports is threatening a global food crisis. Black Sea ports have been mined, blocking shipments for weeks. Now officials in one of the two Russian-backed breakaway regions in the east say they will soon start shipments by rail to Russia.
