Japan’s new PM promises to do his utmost to end COVID-19 crisis

Japan's new Prime Minister Fumio Kishida has promised to focus on leading the country out of the crisis caused by the coronavirus pandemic. In his first policy speech, he called for cash payouts to companies and people who have been hit hard by the outbreak.
