Scepticism over Russian vows to reduce military activity in Ukraine regions

There has been more Russian bombardment around Ukraine's capital Kyiv – and in the Chernihiv region. Those are the two areas where Moscow said it would reduce military activity after talks with Ukraine on Tuesday. But the announcement is being treated with scepticism.
