‘We will never give up’: Kyiv mayor defiant amid Russian advance

Talks are under way between Ukraine and Russia – in another attempt to end the 19-day war. But across Ukraine, there is no let-up in the fighting. Russian artillery's hit a nine-storey apartment block in Kyiv, despite Russia insisting it is targeting military sites. And there have been two other strikes on the capital.
