Russia continues its sieges on Ukrainian cities
Dnipro had previously escaped much of the Russian air assault, and had become a stop-off point for people trying to flee Ukraine. It has been targeted now for 2 days with rockets coming from the east, either from territory under separatist control or Russia itself. President Volodymyr Zelenskyy says about 1,300 Ukrainian servicemen have lost their lives so far.
