Russian tanks move into positions near Kyiv
Plumes of smoke and blazing fire at an oil depot in Vasylkiv, about 40km southwest of the Ukrainian capital, Kyiv, have been reported. Ukrainian media say the fire is the result of a Russian air attack. Kyiv has spent another night under heavy artillery bombardment as the Russian push to reach the city intensifies.
