Iran, IAEA hold talks as nuclear negotiations near finish line
The head of the United Nations nuclear watchdog has met Iranian officials in Tehran as talks in Vienna to revive the 2015 nuclear deal appear to be reaching an end. Rafael Grossi says there are still issues that need to be addressed by Iran. But despite international sanctions driving its economy to ruin since the United States left the deal in 2018, critics say Tehran is not willing to take a step back.
